  • How do I fill in the order form?

    We have two order forms on our website. First, you fill out the shorter order form located on the main page of our website. Then, you will be directed to the second one, which is more extensive. If you don’t yet have an account, it will be created for you automatically at this point. The login information will be emailed to you immediately. You will be able to change the password, if desired, after you have logged in for the first time.
    On the extended form, you will be able to specify your deadline, list your requirements, and upload any additional material that may help the writer to complete your order.

  • How can I send additional materials to the writer?

    You can send your case study/articles/materials or even a draft or an outline on the second (extended) order form.

  • What formatting style can I choose?

    You can choose from APA, MLA or Chicago/Turabian. Your paper will be formatted according to the rules of the style you select. If you do not require any specific format, you can choose the option “Not applicable” when filling out the order form, and your paper will be presented as a plain MS document.

  • How can I retrieve my password?

For this purpose, there is the button “Edit order details.” However, a change in the deadline, topic title or number of pages entails a change in the bidding. During the later stages of the writing process, you will have to negotiate any changes with the writer directly via chat.

  • What if I am not entirely satisfied with my order?

    Don’t hesitate to provide feedback on the paper to the writer while the order is still in progress. We strongly encourage you to monitor the writing progress, allowing you to negotiate any changes along the way. This is important because after the order is finished and the writer receives the full payment, the order is put on the status “Finished.” After that, you will have to place a new order for editing or rewriting services.

  • What is the difference between editing and rewriting?

    Both of these services involve changing the content of your paper or draft. However, the editing service involves minor changes of up to 30%; its main purpose is proofreading and altering the formatting style. Rewriting, on the other hand, affects not only grammar and format, but also changes the content of the original paper.

    You can either pay through PayPal or load the required amount to your account and pay from the balance. Submitting payment through PayPal is safe.

  • How do I release payments to my writer, and what is your Money Back Guarantee?

    There is no specific pattern or routine in making payments, since customers manage their own orders. However, we recommend our customers to pay for the order in parts – releasing the payment after making sure that they are satisfied with that specific order part. The final payment should be released after the entire order is complete, but only after the customer is entirely satisfied with its completion. This is important because the customer will not be able to make any changes once the order is placed on “Finished” status.

    For your convenience, the order is automatically divided into several parts, depending on how long and urgent it is. So, if your order is, for example, 3 pages long, it will be split into three parts and you will be able to pay your writer for each page as it is completed. The maximum number of parts your order can be split into is 5. On the other hand, if your paper is urgent, then your order will be divided only into 2 parts. If your paper in only a page long, it will not be split.
